They have been established to protect the User’s interest and Masterclass Crowdfunding Ltd’s best interests. They provide links to our other policies and guidelines and outline how the Users of the platform can most effectively utilise the platform. These guidelines apply to your use of the platform and include details on content you can post, what projects and rewards are acceptable/not acceptable and what we do with any personal information we collect as you use the platform.

By accessing or using this website (the “site” or “platform”) and services offered by Masterclass Crowdfunding Ltd.com Limited (together with its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, representatives, consultants, employees, officers and directors – collectively, “Masterclass Crowdfunding Ltd”, “we”, “our” or “us”), you indicate that you have read, understand and are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Users/You: Anyone who uses or visits this site
User Content: Any content posted on the platform by anyone who uses or visits the site
Client: Anyone who has purchased a product
Member: Someone who has subscribed to our monthly membership programme
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, add or delete portions of these Terms and Conditions at any time. If we do, we’ll let you know about any significant changes by notifying you on the site or by contacting you by e-mail. Your continued use of the service or the platform after any such changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions. It is your responsibility to regularly check this page to determine if there have been changes to these Terms and Conditions and to review such changes. These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors and users of the platform, regardless of what means they use to access the platform.
ACCESSING AND USING Masterclass Crowdfunding Ltd.com
Anyone can access Masterclass Crowdfunding Ltd.com to view information, signup to its membership program, purchase products and hire its expert coaches.
To hire any of the coaches or a 1-2-1 coaching session you must be at least 18 years of age or old enough to form a binding contract where you live. However, you are free to view the content if you are under the age of 18.
The site is available for your personal use only. You must ensure that the information you supply is accurate and complete and is not offensive or in violation of anyone’s rights. You agree that no materials of any kind submitted through your account or otherwise posted, transmitted, or shared by you will violate or infringe the rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other personal or proprietary rights; or contain libellous, defamatory or otherwise unlawful material. You are responsible for all the activity on your account (with or without your knowledge) and for keeping your password confidential. You are also responsible for updating your account if you change any of your registration details (postal address, e-mail address etc.).
If you believe that someone has access to your account without your permission or you become aware of any misuse of your account, then you should report it to us immediately by contacting email@example.com
If you don’t follow these terms and conditions or we have reason to believe you are in breach of them, then we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate access to the site, delete your profile and any content or information that you have posted on the site and/or prohibit you from using or accessing the site (or any portion, aspect or feature of the site) for any reason, or no reason, at any time in our sole discretion, with or without notice. Any personal data or other information associated with your use of Masterclass Crowdfunding Ltd will be held securely and in accordance with the [data protection laws].
You can request deletion of your account at any time. Please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request removal of your account. However, all provisions of this agreement survive deletion of an account, including our rights regarding any content you’ve already submitted to the site. Any expired projects you have uploaded will remain on our site.

We use them to optimise our websites performance, to improve the user’s experience and to share relevant content with the users on 3rd party networks, so that they can receive more valuable content and insights into the wellness industry and our services. USER CONTENT AND SAFE USAGE OF THE PLATFORM
User Content can be posted to our Platform via comments to our content. Users of the platform and the following Terms and Conditions apply to all Users of Masterclass Crowdfunding Ltd.com.
By posting User Content you are agreeing that you have the necessary rights to do so, whether posting text, images, video, sound recordings or any other materials and you are promising that you either own copyright in that content or that you have obtained the necessary permissions to make that content available via Masterclass Crowdfunding Ltd.com and permit us to use the content in various formats, and that such permissions are freely available on demand by Masterclass Crowdfunding Ltd should we require it.
You waive any and all claims you may now or later have in any jurisdiction to ‘moral rights’ or equivalent rights of authorship with respect to the User Content. By posting User Content on our platform you are granting us and others acting on our behalf, the worldwide, unlimited, perpetual, permission-free, sub-licensable, non-terminable, royalty-free, transferable right to use/re-use, adapt, amend, copy, display, develop, distribute, modify, publish, perform, reproduce, translate, or communicate to the public and to make your content available in any form or via any media (whether now known or known hereafter), on a commercially or non-commercially basis worldwide. You may remove your User Content from the platform at any time. If you choose to do so, the licence granted above will automatically expire; however, you acknowledge that we may retain archived copies of your User Content.
You must ensure that all information provided by you, whether through the creation of a Project or by communication with other Users or Masterclass Crowdfunding Ltd is accurate, true and up-to-date and is not misleading in any way.
You must ensure that any content uploaded and made freely available must not breach copyright laws, not infringe intellectual property rights owned by any third party or breach any other laws or regulations (including Data Protection and Privacy Laws). You must ensure that you have full permission from any individuals whose images (either still or moving) you use and that this permission must also permit Masterclass Crowdfunding Ltd and any third parties we may authorise under these Terms and Conditions, the use of such content. In the case of anyone underage, parental/guardian consent must be obtained. You must ensure that you pay any royalties or licensing amounts owed to the relevant persons/entities based on your posted User Content or Masterclass Crowdfunding Ltd’s hosting of that content.
You must agree to only post content that is lawful and you may only use information and content you obtain from our platform/other users in a lawful manner, for the purposes that it has been provided for and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
You must agree to not harass, threaten, act unlawfully towards, mislead any person you have come into contact with via Masterclass Crowdfunding Ltd or disclose any information that has been provided to you without their express consent. Any information provided to you by Masterclass Crowdfunding Ltd/users of the platform, as the result of the successful completion of a Project, must only be used for the purpose of fulfilling Rewards or communicating with Backers regarding the Project. This information may not be used for any other purpose or abused in any way. If at any time, you are requested to cease contact with anyone that you had previously been in contact with, then you must agree to do so with immediate effect. You must not harvest, collect or use information about other Users/Backers without their explicit consent.
You must not send unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material, or any junk mail, spam or chain letters to anyone you communicate with through the Masterclass Crowdfunding Ltd platform. You must not post or send any advertisements for business purposes or for solicitation of business.
You must not distribute software, code, films or programmes containing viruses, which could interfere or damage any software, hardware or equipment on the platform, either belonging to Masterclass Crowdfunding Ltd or another party.
To ensure the security of our platform and that our systems continue to function properly you must agree:
- not to circumvent any measures put in place to secure the services provided
- not to attempt to get unauthorised access to the system, data, passwords or other information, either belonging to Masterclass Crowdfunding Ltd or another party or take any action, which would give access to source code, algorithms etc.
- not to affect any action which would put unnecessary pressure on or cause disruption to our systems or those of our third-party providers.
Masterclass Crowdfunding Ltd’S INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Masterclass Crowdfunding Ltd’s services are legally protected in various ways. All content on the site and available through the service, including designs, text, graphics, pictures, video, information, applications, software, music, sound and other files, and their selection and arrangement, are the property of Masterclass Crowdfunding Ltd or its licensors and are protected by UK and International copyright and other Intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited licence to access and use the site and the site's content and to download or print a copy of any portion of the site's content to which you have properly gained access solely for your use, provided that you keep all copyright or other proprietary notices intact.
You must not, except as permitted under these Terms and Conditions, copy, change or distribute Masterclass Crowdfunding Ltd’s content, trademark, logo, brand or taglines, particularly for commercial purposes or to affect gain, unless you have Masterclass Crowdfunding Ltd’s explicit permission. If you wish to use, reproduce, modify, distribute or store any content for a commercial purpose, you need prior written permission from Masterclass Crowdfunding Ltd or the relevant copyright holder. ‘Commercial purpose’ means you intend to use, sell, license, rent or otherwise exploit content for commercial use, in any way.
You must also not copy, change or distribute any User of this platforms copyright material or trademarks or the content/trademarks owned by any third party unless you also have their explicit permission.
By using the mobile services, you agree that we may communicate with you regarding Masterclass Crowdfunding Ltd.com and other entities by SMS, MMS, text message or other electronic means to your mobile device and that certain information about your usage of the mobile services may be communicated to us.
THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND CONTENT
The Masterclass Crowdfunding Ltd platform may contain or you may access through the platform, links to other websites (third-party sites), as well as articles, photographs, text, graphics, pictures, designs, music, sound, video, information, applications, software and other content or items belonging to or originating from third parties. Such third-party content is not investigated, monitored or checked for accuracy, appropriateness, or completeness by us, and we are not responsible for any third-party sites accessed through the platform or any third-party content posted on, available through or installed from other sites. The inclusion of, linking to or permitting the use or installation of any third-party sites or any third-party content does not imply approval or endorsement by us and Masterclass Crowdfunding Ltd has no control over or responsibility for any third-party software.
You may only link to Masterclass Crowdfunding Ltd if you use only the hyperlink and not create a duplicate site by loading the homepage into frames on your website (unless with prior consent from Masterclass Crowdfunding Ltd). You must not misrepresent or embellish your relationship with Masterclass Crowdfunding Ltd or present incorrect information that may damage or harm Masterclass Crowdfunding Ltd and/or conflict with our interests or values. We may at any time withdraw our permission to allow the use of links to our platform without any prior notice.
PARTNER PROGRAMME:Masterclass Crowdfunding (MC) pays out all commissions 30days after we have received the payment from your referrals.
If the payment fails to be processed OR if a refund is requested then MC will NOT be required to payout commissions. MC hold the right to only pay commission on payments processed.
MC offers support and training on all of our products/services so that our referral partners can sell the benefits and value of products/services in an ethical manner. However, MC is not responsible for the individual referral partners.
IF MC believes a referral partner to be miss-selling our products/services then MC hold the right to refuse the new clients brought on under these conditions. MC also holds the right to terminate the contract immediately for any reason.
By entering into our referral program you become eligible to receive 10% commission on ALL of the services offered by MC (Online Training Courses, Coaching Programme, Agency Bespoke Programme).
To function effectively and to maintain the integrity of our platform, we reserve the right to make decisions, which will be in the best interests of Masterclass Crowdfunding Ltd and allow us to maintain control over what happens on our platform.
You should be aware that Masterclass Crowdfunding Ltd can make changes to the Masterclass Crowdfunding Ltd site and services without notice or liability. We have the right to make decisions on the eligibility of users and can cancel or suspend accounts at any time, especially if we find you are in contravention of any of the Terms and Conditions listed. Eligibility criteria can be subject to change and we reserve the right to make changes at any time.
Masterclass Crowdfunding Ltd can reject, remove or suspend any accounts at any time and for any reason and we also have the right to cancel/decline any purchase orders for our products or services, at any time and for any reason.
Masterclass Crowdfunding Ltd is not liable for any damages arising from any of these actions.
Masterclass Crowdfunding Ltd strives to ensure that information on its platform is accurate and current. However, the information is subject to change from time to time, without notice and as deemed appropriate by the company. The platform and the content are provided on an ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ basis and you use the platform at your own risk. We do not guarantee that the content provided will be sufficient or appropriate for every individual or situation or will guarantee any specific result. Masterclass Crowdfunding Ltd cannot accept any liability for the consequences of inaccurate or incomplete information on the site. If visitors to the site are in doubt on any details they should contact the company at email@example.com and/or the Project Creator.
From time to time, the platform may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or other reasons. We assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communication’s line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of user communications. We are not responsible for any technical malfunction or other problems of any communications network or service, computer systems, servers or providers, computer or mobile phone equipment, software, or email including injury or damage to User's or to any other person's computer, mobile phone, or other hardware or software, related to or resulting from using or downloading materials. We do not represent or warrant that software will be free of viruses or other harmful components. Therefore, you should exercise caution in the use and download of any content or materials and use industry-recognised software to detect and disinfect viruses.
All messages and comments posted on the website express the views of the users. Masterclass Crowdfunding Ltd will not be held responsible for the content of any message. Although we provide rules for User conduct, we do not control and are not responsible for what Users may post, transmit or share on the platform and are not responsible for any offensive, inappropriate, obscene, unlawful or otherwise objectionable content you may encounter on the platform. We are not responsible for the conduct, whether online or offline, of any user of the platform.
Masterclass Crowdfunding Ltd will not be involved in disputes between Users, or between Users and any third-party relating to the use of the Services. Masterclass Crowdfunding Ltd doesn't supervise the performance or punctuality of projects and doesn't endorse any content users submit to the platform. When you use the Services, you release Masterclass Crowdfunding Ltd from claims, damages, and demands of every kind, arising out of or in any way related to such disputes and the Services. All content you access through the Services is at your own risk. You are solely responsible for any resulting damage or loss to any party.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, which cannot be excluded under the law of the United Kingdom, and any other matter for which it would be illegal or unlawful for us to exclude or attempt to exclude its liability.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL Masterclass Crowdfunding Ltd, ITS PARENTS, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVES, CONSULTANTS, EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS AND DIRECTORS BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES/LOSSES RESULTING FROM:
YOUR ACCESS TO, USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES,
ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, SAVINGS, BUSINESS, OPPORTUNITY, GOODWILL, REPUTATION, USER CONTENT DUE TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM OR SERVICES OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM OR SERVICES
THIRD-PARTY CONTENT POSTED ON OR THROUGH THE PLATFORM OR
ANY FORM OF INDIRECT, SIGNIFICANT OR SPECIAL LOSS.
IN EACH CASE AND HOWEVER ARISING, Masterclass Crowdfunding Ltd’S LIABILITY FOR ANY DIRECT DAMAGES OR LOSS (FOR WHICH LIABILITY IS NOT EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED IN THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS) IN EXCESS OF THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF FEES WE HAVE RECEIVED IN RESPECT OF THE SERVICE TO WHICH YOUR CLAIM RELATES.
You agree only to use Masterclass Crowdfunding Ltd in accordance with the Terms and Conditions listed. If you carry out any action that results in legal action against Masterclass Crowdfunding Ltd, then you agree to indemnify and hold Masterclass Crowdfunding Ltd, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, representatives, consultants, employees, officers and directors, harmless from and against any loss, liability, claim, demand, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in connection with any User Content you post or share on or through the platform, your use of the platform, your conduct in connection with the platform or with other Users of the platform, or any violation of this Agreement or of any law or the rights of any third-party. This indemnity also applies to any other person that uses your account with your permission or due to your negligence.
These Terms and Conditions and other material referenced in them, govern our relationship with you and represent the entire agreement between you and Masterclass Crowdfunding Ltd with respect to the services.
If any stipulation of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and Conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
The failure of either you or Masterclass Crowdfunding Ltd to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision in that or any other instance. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms and Conditions are specific to you and any of your rights under these Terms and Conditions may not be assigned, sub-licensed or transferred in any way. Masterclass Crowdfunding Ltd has the right to assign, transfer or delegate any of its rights and obligations under these Terms and Conditions without your consent.
If we are prevented or delayed in any way from complying with our obligations under these Terms and Conditions by events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, we will not be deemed to be in breach of contract.
Masterclass Crowdfunding Ltd is controlled and operated from the United Kingdom and if you choose to access Masterclass Crowdfunding Ltd from outside the UK, we make no representation that Masterclass Crowdfunding Ltd’s content and operation will be compliant with local laws.
These updated terms will go into effect on May 25, 2018, and apply to all projects launched on Masterclass Crowdfunding Ltd on or after that date.
